1. Pre-order combos are available only for registered members and cannot be split for delivery.
2. Pre-order combos will be credited as "Shopping Vouchers" to your member account.
3. The "Shopping Vouchers" for pre-order combos will be credited on the specified date (refer to individual product summary) for direct redemption and shipment arrangements.
4. Please refer to the individual product or the "Shopping Vouchers" page on the member portal for the validity period of the "Shopping Vouchers".
5. Each pre-order combo purchase will come with a specific amount of "Shopping Vouchers." If the redeemed combo differs from the initially pre-ordered combo, there may be instances where the "Shopping Vouchers" are either not fully utilized or insufficient for use.
6. In cases where the "Shopping Vouchers" are not fully utilized or insufficient, purchases can be made using a combination of cash and "Shopping Vouchers".
7. The "Shopping Vouchers" are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable under any circumstances.

Chicken Breast and Vegetables:

Please store at -18 degrees Celsius and consume within 6 months.

Thaw in advance in a refrigerator at 0-4 degrees Celsius or by rinsing under running water until completely thawed.

If not consumed immediately after thawing, please store in a refrigerator at 0-4 degrees Celsius and consume within 48 hours.

Sauces:

Please store in a refrigerator and consume within 3 months.
